I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. The service was incredible and consistent each time. Especially the manager Josh. He greeted me every time I came in the entrance and made me feel at home. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He allowed me to use the conference room for a zoom call, he stored my ice cream, and made excellent recommendations of things to do in Clintwood. If I ever come back to Clintwood, I will definitely be staying here!!!

The staff was great! Especially Lilly, she was so kind to everyone and definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was actually decent for a hotel. You’re within walking distance of a grocery store & restaurants, so very convenient. I would like to add a personal thank you to Lilly from me and Mercy for making a difficult trip a lot easier!

The staff was amazing. I cannot say much for the two families that were having a family union in the parking lot at ten o'clock at night. After driving for almost 13 hours, we arrived. I was tired and just want it to get in our room.. I went in to get our room keys. My adult son, that is mentally challenged, was in the truck, waiting on me to get a cart. One of those family members Of which was intoxicated, preceded to Bang on the window of the truck, open the door and turn the lights off. Completely traumatized my son. Yes, I probably should have locked the doors. But i was tired and didn't think anyone would come open the door of my truck with all those people sitting there. I told the young lady at the front desk. She apologized over and over.Ask if there was anything that we needed. I told her you can't control other people. However, she and a few other men that were talking in the lobby. Looked at me and said, we've got this. They helped me turn my truck and trailer are around in the parking lot by directing me. After the group of people at the family union made snide and sexist, remarks about mae not be enabled to maneuver my truck. I can handle things being said to me. But there is no reason why anyone should have opened our vehicle door with the engine running and terrified my mentally challenged son. The staff was amazing and handled it with professionalism. I wish I knew who the men in the lobby were that helped me? I would like to thank them so much.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about my stay at Sleep Inn. Everything was amazing—the cozy, super clean rooms to and the perfect location, walking distance from food/Food City/gym. What added to the experience was the front desk manager, Josh. So friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He always greeted us with a big smile, made check-in a breeze, and gave us awesome recommendations for restaurants and places to check out nearby. The hotel itself was lovely—quiet, stylish, and really well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, the room had everything we needed, and the vibe was just super welcoming. I had to stay here for 3 weeks for work, so it was nice to have a place nice to stay at! Big thanks to Josh and the whole team for making it such a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunate circumstances brought us to town, but having a nice place to stay, with friendly staff, really made our trip enjoyable. The Sleep Inn is across the street from a very nice Food City grocery store. It is also near the Ralph Stanley Museum, and several restaurants. The location is also great because of the scenic views.it offers I'm every direction. This location is also pet friendly, and we enjoyed traveling with our dogs. Next time you travel, don't leave your pets at home, bring them with you. After all, they're part of the family, and they will enjoy staying here as much as we did. I would give this place six stars if I could * * * * * *
